DIY Green lip gloss, lip stick and moiturizing cream

DIY (Do it yourself) organic makeup

Buying natural green makeup from a store might need a budget as those products are limited besides they're very expensive compared to chemical makeup. You can do your own organic makeup your self. It is not that difficult and you'll choose ingredients according to your needs. All the stuff you need is available either online or in local stores. Some women use lip gloss and lip stick every day, and of course they need to moisturise their body's skin too. In this blog, we'll learn how to make our own healthy stuff simply and using natural green organic ingredients.



DIY Lip stick

You'll need 1 table spoon of vegetable glycerin, 1/2 a teaspoon vitamin E oil "or olive oil" and 1tablespoon beetroot powder. You can add glitter if you want for afternoon makeup.
Directions
Mix the vegetable glycerin and beetroot powder. Stir the mixture until it becomes smooth then add vitamin E oil or olive oil. Keep it in a lid or a little empty container. Use a little lipstick brush to apply it on your lips.

DIY lip gloss

For that you need 1 beet root, clean and chopped, few drops of olive oil and powdered sugar.
Directions
Put chopped beet in a microwave for 1 minute. Squeeze to take the beet juice off and pour in a little bowl. Add 4 drops of olive oil and mix. Add powdered sugar and mix until you get the desired consistency. Place it in a small container with a lid and use a little brush to apply to your lips.

DIY Basic Neutral Lipstick

You will need 1/8 cup grated beeswax, 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa butter, 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable shortening and 1 tsp almond oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Heat the mixture in the microwave for 2 minutes or till the wax, butter and shortening melt. Pour the liquid into a lip stick mold or a flat rectangular container lined with greased foil and when the mixture is cooled down cut it into bars.



DIY Moisturizing body cream

You need to moisturize your skin every day. It's better to use moisturizers contain only green ingredients. You can prepare your own using simple natural ingredients.
You will need for that 4 tablespoons unrefined cocoa butter, 2 tablespoon coconut oil "Solid white is preferred", 1 1/2 tablespoon avocado oil and 1 tablespoon macadamia oil. If you want cold cream for night you can use 2 teaspoon bee-wax. You can 1 teaspoon of any fragrance oil. You also need 1 teaspoon Vitamin E oil and 1 teaspoon of cornstarch.

Directions
1- Heat all the ingredients except fragrance oil, vitamin E and cornstarch until they become molten.
2- Allow the mixture to cool down as you're stirring "Don't stop stirring"
3- Place The mixture in a freezer for 3 minutes
4- Take the mixture out of the freezer and beat with an electric beater and freeze again for more 3 minutes
5- Repeat the process until the mixture is light and fluffy.
6- Add the cornstarch, vitamin E and vanilla oil and beat the mixture for 3 minutes.
7- Store in a sterilized glass jar.
